out to your own spreadsheet layout, columns and headers as you keep them.

26 minutes is a measured run on a real nine-document set (13 minutes on faster hardware). The by-hand figure is an estimate: 2,590 line items at half a minute each. Accuracy: 1,225 of 1,225 cells on a 26-page test set of real fabrication drawings.

2After the bill

Read the drawing once, and the yard works off it.

1Cut lists

Straight off the bill. No second spreadsheet.

2Less scrap

Cuts packed so the slack is one usable remnant, not a pile of stubs.

3Buying and stock

An approved plan becomes a buy list. Offcuts are tracked.

4A name on everything

Every movement and handover step records who did it.

3Questions

What teams ask before the pilot.

What does it read?

Fabrication drawings as they are issued: one sheet, or a whole project folder at once. Every row in the bill carries the page it came from, so an engineer can check any line in seconds.

How do we know it is right?

On a 26-page test set of real fabrication drawings it got 1,225 of 1,225 cells right. In the parallel run (week three) it works beside your manual take-off, on your own drawings, before anyone relies on it.

Will it fit our spreadsheet?

Yes. You give us your layout once; every export fills it in, columns and headers as you keep them. Results can also go on to AS400.

What happens to our drawings?

Records sit in your own database, files are deleted when the run ends, and an administrator approves every account. Every edit and approval records who made it.

How long until we use it?

Four weeks: setup, a pilot on one real project, a parallel run beside your manual review, then live with ongoing tuning and support.
